“Urth Corporation” partners with “AIME metaverse technologies ltd.”

Urth inc. (Head office: Nishi-Waseda, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hiroki Tanaka;”Urth”), a provider of “V-air” (hereinafter “V-air”), a web-based metaverse service for corporate clients, has entered into a basic agreement for a business alliance with AIME metaverse technologies ltd. (Head office: Tel-Aviv, Israel; CEO: Keren Chavkin), a company that develops AI avatars for virtual spaces (hereinafter “AIME”), have entered into a basic agreement for a business alliance. http://aimeverse.com

Background of the partnership

As of 2023, we have dozens of customers using our services to sell their products in the metaverse, offering a unique experience in the metaverse. In spite of the fact that many companies now use it, there is a need for a virtual 3D AI avatar that can communicate with the metaverse visitors and represent the company 24/7 as well as speak Japanese. AIME has been selected to develop a web-based metaverse to provide an enhanced communication experience for customers. AIME has developed AI avatars for virtual spaces (metaverse and web-based) with a proven track record and development capabilities.

Details of the partnership

AIME and Urth will collaborate on the following projects as a result of this partnership:

1) AIME will integrate AI avatars into V-air for automated interaction. 2) Enable 3D AI avatars to interact with the 3D Space by providing an SDK for the V-air Metaverse platform. 3) AIME avatars are capable of voice, chat, and gesture interaction in several languages leveraging advanced AI engines.
