◆Reasons for appointing Mr. Sethi
With our business mission “Leading Digital Transformation,” we provide services of marketing strategy consulting and the internal DX support for companies ranging from enterprises to high growth venture businesses.
We’re also taking steps for getting listed on Growth Market in 2025, as well as preparing for expansion of our business in Asian countries such as Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. Subsequently, we aim to move onto the Prime Market in 2029.
Therefore, to further improve and strengthen our business structure, we appointed Mr. Sethi as our executive officer of DX Promotion Department. Hence forth , he manages our business divisions and takes initiative in the project to expand our business in Singapore.
With our new executive officer and stronger business structure, we thrive with work hard, more growth, and aim to accelerate improvement of our company value.
◆Mr. Sethi’s Profile
He studied at an International school in Kobe and graduated from Pennsylvania State University located in USA. He has worked for Japanese Investment banks, Goldman Sachs Group Inc., J.P. Morgan, and some major trading companies in charge of management. Also he worked as the manager of the business development department in OYO Japan. His experience spreads across finance and IT, and has led multiple projects through his career.
Through his various experiences in investment banking and setting up a new sales teams, he believes the importance of Company’s mission resonating with their workers as well as involvement in overseas business. He has experience in leading teams including staffs from different countries and different departments, with up to 40 workers.
◆Comment
At my first interview with H&K, I only read a little bit of information from the recruiter and the list of executives. Though I had little intention to return to the consulting business, my thoughts were updated in the first few minutes of the interview.
After the interview, I was exposed to a variety of H&K-related information, and became keenly inclined with the idea that H&K’s philosophy, members, and customers all embody the saying “Seeds that are not sown will not grow” and aim for growth and improvement through DX.
I strongly sympathized with H&K’s passion for improving their own and client’s business. My intention to work at H&K may have surpassed my mid-teens passion to join finance!
I intend to embody the philosophy of H&K and grow together with our customers. I aim to strengthen our business structure, strive to be listed on the growth market in 2025 and fully commit to projects for overseas expansion.
Since I am inexperienced, I know that there may be some points that I require improvement. I would like to do my best, and humbly ask for your support.
We do keep expanding our business for listing as a public company.
