Atlas Technologies Corp. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Koji Yamamoto) announced today, that on July 19, 2023, Atlas Technologies, Corp. will acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of Kapronasia Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Head office: Singapore; CEO: Zennon Kapron; hereinafter “Kapronasia”), a strategy consulting firm specializing in the Fintech sector based in Singapore, to strengthen the company’s consulting business operations in the Asia region and expand its services.
Keeping with the mission “to offer seamless solutions for embedding Fintech across all industries”, Atlas Technologies provides consulting and project execution support services in the Fintech sector to clients in Japan and overseas. To further this mission, we believe it is essential to strengthen our business in the rapidly growing Asia region, which is why we have decided to add Kapronasia to our group.
Since Kapronasia’s founding more than a decade ago, the firm has grown to be one of the leading providers of financial and technology strategy and research in Asia. The company counts some of the industries’ most recognized brands, governments, and international organizations as clients. Kapronasia’s unique focus on payments and digital banking sets it apart from competitors in the region.
