AI（人工知能）技術の発展に伴い、UXデザインにおける最先端のトレンドとなりつつある「会話型デザイン」。 AlexaやSiri、ChatGPTなど、AI会話システムのUXに導入されており、そのインタラクションがより自然であるほど、UXおよび顧客満足度の向上につながります。
As UX design evolves, and as AI ability increases, one of the most cutting-edge areas is conversational design. Conversational design is the process of defining the purpose, experience, and interaction guidelines for a user experience with AI conversational systems. Think of Alexa, Siri, ChatGPT or the chatbot you interact with on any website these days. The more natural that interaction is the better the user experience is, and the better customer satisfaction is.
昨今、産業界では、消費者とのコミュニケーションの改善やAI技術のさらなる活用を目的に、「会話型デザイン」への投資も増加し、UXデザインとAI開発における多くの新しい機会が生まれています。
Companies are investing into conversational design to improve their customer interaction and better use their AI technology. With this trend comes many new opportunities in UX design and AI development.
